Processing time: Orders placed before 10:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00) will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Our delivery time is 7-14 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on location and any customs delays. The total delivery time, including processing time, is 8-17 business days.

Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the track & trace information for your order. This allows you to easily track your order and see when you can expect it.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@undressd-lingerie.com within 30 days of receipt for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

Damaged or incomplete orders: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays.
